I tried to use a coupon code for a Watch-It-Free (WIF) promotion but it's not working. What do I do?

If the see the message "Coupon code does not exist, has expired, or is not valid for the items in the shopping cart." when trying to use a coupon code, you may have already registered for the webinar OR the coupon code is incorrect.

To check if you have already registered, please check your past orders by going to MY ORDERS. You will see all past orders listed there. In addition, you may check in your MY ACTIVE COURSES. If the webinar is there, that means you have successfully registered for the webinar.
