COURSE DESCRIPTION:
BodyMapping Acupuncture is an anatomically-based distal point acupuncture method following the spirit of Master Tung’s acupuncture and Dr. Richard Tan’s Balance Method. Cole Magbanua, creator and author of BodyMapping Acupuncture Technique, has over 25 years of experience treating over 80,000 patients. Through this technique system, you will learn how to diagnosis and treat conditions quickly and with ease and extreme accuracy as it produces tremendous effectiveness.

In Part I of this two-part series, Dr. Magabanua shares BodyMapping basics of what it is, how to easily diagnosis using the BodyMapping chart, and how to select points for treatment. Next, he will introduce abdominal hara diagnosis and pulse diagnosis. Hara diagnosis is abdominal palpation and organ diagnosis based on the Nanjing. Dr. Magbanua will teach specific release points on the abdomen for instant results to help you achieve clinical effectiveness. The pulse diagnosis covered will be similar to George Soulié de Morant’s version which includes 4 depths in each pulse position, but with additional information based on years of clinical success.

The second half of the class will focus on etiology and pathology, diagnosis (allopathic, hara, and pulse), and treatment protocols (allopathic treatment, acupuncture treatment, herbal treatment, and lifestyle and nutritional recommendations) for the following conditions:

  • Eyes, Ears, Nose, Throat (EENT) (cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma, otitis media, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, chronic infection of teeth)
  • Respiratory (allergies, asthma, COPD, bronchitis, pneumonia, cough)
  • Cardiovascular (elevated cholesterol, triglycerides, atherosclerosis, CHD, angina, A-fib, tachycardia, hypertension)

It is highly recommended to have a colored copy of the BodyMapping Acupuncture chart while taking this course to be able to easily follow along in the class. A laminated copy can be found here.

This course continues with Part II, which is highly recommended for an optimal learning experience. Click here to see Part II course description and register.
