Infectious diseases are disorders caused by organisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites. Although typically harmless, under certain circumstances, some organisms may cause disease. In Part II of this two-part series, Kimberly McMinn goes over the history of TCM pandemics, current updates on recent stages of a pandemic, disease theory of infectious disease, and exploring current epidemiology and curves.
