To receive CEUs/PDAs for distance learning courses, you will need to pass a short course quiz with 70% or higher, and complete a required course evaluation. Once you have passed the course quiz and completed the required course evaluation, your Certificate of Completion is immediately available for you to print. You will have 6 months from the day of your purchase to pass the quiz and complete the course evaluation. It is recommended that you print/save a copy of your certificate upon completing the course evaluation.
The CEU Certificate can be downloaded under My Account -> My CEUs.
Please note that certificates are kept up to 5 years of completion.
For example, if a class was completed on June 15, 2023, the certificate will stay in your account until June 15, 2028. We recommend downloading all your certificates for your own records.
