COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The postpartum period is a time of profound physical and emotional transition, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers valuable tools to support recovery and resilience. Participants will learn how to design treatment strategies that incorporate acupuncture, herbal medicine, and lifestyle guidance to address common postpartum concerns such as fatigue, pain, lactation issues, and emotional imbalance. Emphasis will also be placed on creating a safe therapeutic environment, supporting the transition to parenthood, and integrating TCM methods with modern postpartum care for comprehensive, patient-centered healing.
