Once you have finished adding to the shopping cart the courses you would like to take, start the checkout process by clicking on the "Checkout" button from the "My Shopping Cart" page or by clicking on the "Checkout" link in the Shopping Cart box (light green block) on the right hand column.

For New Customers
On the checkout page, under "Customer information" enter a valid E-mail address, username, and password. (Please enter an E-mail that you check regularly; your eLotus account is linked to this E-mail.) Under "License information," enter your first name and last name exactly how you would like it to appear on your Certificate of Completion.

For Existing Customers
Please log in to your eLotus account by entering your Username and Password in the grey box on the right hand column. This will add your new courses to your existing account. Having just one account will make it easier for you to see all your Active Courses, track how many CEUs you have collected, and check your past order history.

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Charges will be in USD.

After purchasing a course, click on "My Active Courses". This will take you to page with a list of all the courses that you currently have access to. Find the course you would like to access and click on the course name. This will then open up the blue course access page for that course.

On the blue course access page, you will find the information and links you need to access the course, to download the course lecture notes (if available), and to take the CEU quiz (if applicable). In addition, when applicable, it has information about your gift certificate and free online access to the Lotus Clinical Manual of Oriental Medicine.

For Live Seminars and Webinars, the course page expires 2 weeks after the webinar weekend.
For Online Courses, the course page expires 4 months after the date of purchase.

To access the CEU quiz for the course you've purchased and completed, click on "My Quizzes". You will find a list of all the quizzes for the courses you've purchased here. To start taking the quiz for a specific course, just click on the name of that course.

In order to receive your CEUs, you must pass the quiz with 70% or higher.

CEU quizzes for Live Webinars are available from the day of the webinar until 2 weeks after the webinar weekend.
CEU quizzes for Distance Learning Courses are available for 4 months starting from the day of course purchase.

Expiration dates of the quizzes are listed next to the quizzes.

After you've passed your CEU quiz with 70% or higher, click on "My CEUs". On this page, you will find a list of all the quizzes you have attempted, failed, or passed. Next to the course name of the quiz that you have just passed, you will find a link titled “Awaiting Course Evaluation.” It is required by licensing boards that participants complete a Course Evaluation prior to receiving their Certificate of Completion. Click on the link to fill out the Course Evaluation.

Once you've completed the Course Evaluation, click on "My CEUs" again. Now you will find next to the course name the link "View/Print Certificate." Click on this link to access your Certificate of Completion in pdf format. Remember to save/print a copy of this certificate for your records.

Live seminars and webinars: Cancellation must be submitted in writing no later than the Monday before your registered seminar/webinar weekend. All requests for cancellation will incur a $25 processing fee and will be processed after the event. The $25 processing fee will not be included in the gift certificate amount.

There is no cancellation (refund / transfer) for the Hands-On Pulse Taking Workshop.

Lotus reserves the right to cancel classes in cases of unexpected circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the tuition will be issued.

The CEU certificate is a universal certificate which includes all the required CEU information from various licensing boards. As long as your licensing board is listed under the Provider's signature, it is approved for the course.

This issue typically occurs in the Firefox browser after recently downloading Adobe Flash. To resolve the issue of viewing any videos in Firefox, delete the new Adobe Flash or update RealPlayer. Then, update "Adobe Add In" after running the diagnostic test.

You will receive your certificate of completion on the day of the live seminar.

You can register for a live seminar up until the day of the class, upon space availability. However, if you register after the Thursday before the seminar weekend, your CEU/PDA certificate of completion might not be available for you on the day of the seminar when you sign in.

Yes, you are able to register on-site, upon space availability. However, there is a $25 on-site registration fee that is not included in the gift certificate. In addition, you will not receive your certificate of completion on the day of the seminar; it will be emailed to you at a later date.

Our seminars are typically held at our Seminar Office in the City of Industry, CA. For specific locations of seminars, please visit the course description pages.

Live Webinars

Live webinars, or LotusCEUWEBINARS, are classes you attend live via the internet. These courses are held during the weekends from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Pacific Time). Live webinars are approved for 8 units each day.

Please note, to receive CEUs/PDAs for Lotus Live CEU Webinars, attendees MUST be logged in on the day of the scheduled event during the specified date and time. No exceptions. For those who did not attend the webinar during its scheduled date and time, but only watched it during the two-week extended viewing period, the CEU certificate generated by taking the course quiz is INVALID. eLotus and CEU accreditation boards do not recognize CEU certificates unless there is a record of attendance on the day of the scheduled webinar.

For the webinars in which the speaker is onsite to answer questions, the moderator will provide an e-mail address for you to email your questions. The speaker will answer questions as time allows. In addition, you will be able to ask questions to your fellow colleagues in the public chat.

Our webinars are broadcasted live; therefore, they cannot be paused, stopped, rewound, fast forwarded, or replayed.

However, after each webinar you will receive 2-week access to the recording, at which time you can pause, stop, rewind, fast forward, or replay the recording. An email will be sent to you the Monday after the webinar when it is read.

In addition, some of our webinars are recorded and available as Video Recordings. With these recordings, you are able to view the courses at your own pace. Click here to see available video recordings.

Lecture notes for webinars will be available no later than the Thursday before the webinar weekend. The link to access and download the lecture notes is on the blue course access page for that webinar.

To access and download the lecture notes, follow the steps below:

To receive CEUs/PDAs for webinars, regulatory boards require attendees to be present the day of the event, then pass a short course quiz with 70% or higher and complete a required course evaluation. Once you have passed the course quiz and completed the required course evaluation, your Certificate of Completion is immediately available for you to print. You will have 2 weeks after the webinar to pass the quiz, complete the course evaluation, and print/save a copy of your certificate of completion. (There will be a $25 retrieval fee for requests to access the quiz and/or certificate of completion after the 2-week period.)

You have 2 weeks after the webinar to complete and pass the quiz to receive CEUs/PDAs and obtain your Certificate of Completion.

Quizzes for live webinars are available starting the day of the webinar and open for 2 weeks after the webinar. During the 2-week period, you have unlimited attempts to pass the quiz.

Your certificate of completion is available for you to print and download once you pass the course quiz and complete the required course evaluation. The certificate is accessible for 2 weeks after the webinar, so make sure to print/save a copy for your records. (There will be a $25 retrieval fee for certificates after the 2-week period.)

The recording for the webinar will be available no later than the Tuesday after the webinar weekend. When the recording is available, the link to access the recording can be found on the blue course access page for that webinar. (Course access pages for registered webinars are listed in "My Active Courses".)

Accrediting boards require some form of assessment to ensure that course objectives have been met; therefore, in order to receive CEUs/PDAs a quiz is required.

To receive CEUs/PDAs for distance learning courses, you will need to pass a short course quiz with 70% or higher, and complete a required course evaluation. Once you have passed the course quiz and completed the required course evaluation, your Certificate of Completion is immediately available for you to print. You will have 4 months from the day of your purchase to pass the quiz, complete the course evaluation, and print/save a copy of your certificate of completion.

Your certificate of completion is available for you to print or download once you pass the course quiz and complete the required course evaluation survey. Make sure to print/save a copy of the certificate for your records. Access to the certificate expires when your course expires. Distant learning courses are online, on-demand courses you take at your own time and pace. We have 3 different types of distance learning online courses - 1) Video Recordings, 2) Audio Recordings, and 3) CEU Articles.

  2. Go to the TCM Wisdom Tube page under Free Stuff, or click here
  3. Click on the "Launch Course" link next to the course title you would like lecture notes
  4. Click on the "Lecture Notes" logo to start downloading the lecture notes
  5. Print or save a copy of the notes to your computer!

No special software is required to watch the recordings. Lotus TCM Wisdom Tube recordings are web-based. You only need to have internet access (see note below regarding connection speed) and a web browser such as Windows Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox (recommended). It is 100% browser-based.
