COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This is Part III of Seung Choi’s Disappearing Lines: Cosmetic Korean Acupuncture Series, Part I and Part II is highly recommended for optimal learning experience. Click here to see the course description for Part I and click here Part II.
Cosmetic acupuncture, also known as facial acupuncture, reduces aging signs by using needles to stimulate areas of facial tissue to increase blood circulation and encourage collagen production. This allows the skin to be nourished, oxygenated, and moisturized from the inside out. In this course, participants will learn from one of Korea's top cosmetology acupuncturists with over 25 years of experience, Seung Choi, as she shares advanced protocols for facial cosmetic acupuncture.
In Part III of this three-part series, practitioners will receive advanced instruction on cosmetic acupuncture. With foundational courses completed and done, practitioners will dive into a more comprehensive understanding of how meridians, acupoints, facial and neck muscles, and the dermis layers work together to improve the appearance of the skin. Participants will learn advanced acupuncture protocols based on the TCM classics and modern science of anatomy and physiology. These protocols will provide a foundation to target and smooth wrinkles, relax facial muscles for facial symmetry, and achieve lasting results. The skills taught in this class will be immediately applicable in your practice.

Wow, this part of the Korean acupuncture series was honestly fascinating — I didn’t realize how precise the technique has to be to really get visible results. I’ve always been curious how it compares to modern aesthetic treatments though. For example, I’ve been reading about coretox botox https://skin-reboot.com/product/coretox-100-units/ and how it helps smooth fine lines without freezing the face too much. I guess combining both could really enhance natural results, right? Would love to hear if anyone here has actually tried mixing acupuncture with botox alternatives like that.

The bit about targeting dermis layers to smooth wrinkles reminds me of my own experiments with micro-needling + gua sha — your results totally depend on understanding the “why,” not just the needle technique. Also, I came across Kind Science phone number — they offer skin-health tools and protocols which could beautifully complement this acupuncture work by providing topical support that aligns with internal stimulation. And seriously, this course seems super legit — diving deep into facial musculature and point networks is the level where you shift from “novice” to “practitioner who gets results.” Thanks for sharing — makes me consider adding facial acupuncture modules into my own wellness practice.
