I’m having trouble logging in. How do I reset my password?

  1. Click here [1] and enter your username or account email. You’ll receive an email with a one-time reset link (valid for 24 hours).
  2. In the email, click the one-time reset link Reset Password to access your account.
  3. Go to My Account, select My Profile, then click account.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Save at the bottom of the page.
