Cesar Antonio Torres LAc, born in Puerto Rico in 1943, is a seasoned practitioner with a profound understanding of health and life longevity. His journey into the realm of holistic health began in 1970 when he delved into the practice of Transcendental Meditation. This initial step laid the foundation for his lifelong pursuit of knowledge in the field.

In 1982, Cesar Antonio embarked on a new chapter of exploration, immersing himself in the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Under the guidance of wise Masters in both disciplines, he developed a profound sense of self-awareness and a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of life and well-being.

In 1987, he took a significant leap by establishing Balance Acupuncture in Los Angeles, California. For nearly three decades, Cesar Antonio served as a dedicated healer, touching the lives of thousands of patients. His philosophy was simple yet powerful – he approached each diagnosis and treatment as if it were his own, embodying the essence of empathy and care.

At Balance Acupuncture, every patient's treatment was thoughtfully crafted, encompassing Acupuncture, Therapeutic Massage, and Herbal Formulas.
