His background consists of Thru-Hiking the Appalachian Trail, Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division (US Army), graduate of Virginia Tech, and an engineer for a major telecom company. Eric currently enjoys green thumb gardening, grilling, crossfit, running, and adventure races. He graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO. Eric's interest in Chinese Medicine came about through his practice of Xing Yi, Ba Gua, and Tai Chi. He has practiced Qi Gong and Dao Yin exercises diligently for the past 14 years.

Eric's integrative approach, classical angle, mixed with practicality provides a unique perspective on Chinese Medicine. He has studied with world re-known acupuncturists and Chinese herbalists, including Drs. Richard Tan and Jimmy Chang. He gravitated towards the Balance Method style of acupuncture because it works, is testable, and very practical. This is very congruent with his engineering background. Utilizing this style of acupuncture/acupressure, Eric has helped many people with their health issues in unique places such as backyard bbq's, restaurants, airplanes, and shuttle buses.

Eric runs his own clinic, Full Potential Acupuncture, in Denver, CO, where he treats many western diseases with acupuncture and Chinese herbs.
