Drawing from the core themes of his upcoming book The Untapped Self, Gerad shares how Five-Element acupuncture can guide individuals through emotional healing, spiritual awakening, and profound shifts in identity.

Rooted in Taoist philosophy, this approach goes beyond symptom relief to uncover the elemental cause of imbalance in body, mind, and spirit. You’ll learn to recognize moments of transformation, hold space with presence and intention, and use the Five Elements as a framework for restoring balance and unlocking potential.

Gerad Kite is a licensed acupuncturist with over 25 years of clinical experience. A direct apprentice of Professor J.R. Worsley, he is known internationally for his work in emotional and spiritual health, and for making Five-Element acupuncture accessible and deeply impactful in modern clinical practice.
