I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Having trouble logging in?

  1. Make sure you're using your correct username, not your email. Sometimes browsers auto-fill your email instead.

  2. If you forgot your username, retrieve it by clicking here, then enter your email on the next page. After finding your username in the email, try using it to log in again.

  3. If you forgot your password, you can also reset it: Reset password instructions

I tried to create an account, but it said that an account already exists. What should I do?

This usually means you’ve already created an account, but haven’t verified your email yet.

Check the email address you registered with for the "Activate Your New eLotus Account" verification email. If it's not in your inbox:

  • Gmail users: check the Promotions tab
  • Other users: check your Spam or Junk folder

Click the link in the email to verify your account and complete the setup.

How do I update my license information?

To update or add information for your acupuncture license:

  1. Click My Account, then select My Profile
  2. Click license information
  3. Enter or update your license details, then click Save (at bottom of page) to confirm changes.
I’m having trouble logging in. How do I reset my password?
  1. Click here and enter your username or account email. You’ll receive an email with a one-time reset link (valid for 24 hours).
  2. In the email, click the one-time reset link Reset Password to access your account.
  3. Go to My Account, select My Profile, then click account.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Save at the bottom of the page.

How do I update my credit card for Gold Pass Auto Renew?
  1. Click My Account, then select My Profile
  2. Select the Manage Gold Pass tab
  3. Make sure Auto Renew is turned ON, then click Update.
  4. Enter your new credit card info and billing address:
    • Click UPDATE AND CHARGE to update your card and charge it today, or
    • Click UPDATE to save your card info without immediate charge (your card will be charged on the next scheduled billing date)
I can’t update my credit card to renew my Gold Pass—what should I do?

If the Manage Gold Pass option is no longer visible under My Account > My Profile, please contact us directly:

How do I turn off Auto Renew for Gold Pass?
  1. Click My Account, then click My Profile
  2. Select the Manage Gold Pass tab
  3. Switch Auto Renew from ON to OFF, and confirm.
When does my Gold Pass expire?

Your Gold Pass is valid for 365 days from the purchase date.

To check your renewal or expiration date, go to My Account > My Profile > Manage Gold Pass.

How do I access Distance Learning courses (videos, articles, audio recordings) with my Gold Pass Membership?

Log in to your Gold Pass account to enjoy unlimited access to our premium content.

Option 1 – While browsing the site:

  1. If you see a course you like, click the title to open its detail page.
  2. If you’re logged in as a Gold Pass member, you’ll see a Gold Pass Free Access button instead of a price. Click it to unlock the course.

Option 2 – Through My Gold Pass Menu:

  1. Go to My Account > My Gold Pass Menu.
  2. Under DISTANCE LEARNING, choose any category to browse course listing.
    • WATCH CEU VIDEOS – Alphabetical list
    • NEW RELEASES CEU VIDEOS – Recently added
    • MOST POPULAR VIDEOS – By popularity
    • LISTEN TO CEU AUDIO – Audio-only courses

  3. Click a course title to open it.
    To search for courses, filter by Speakers or Course Title (use one keyword, e.g., “Ethics,” “Safety,” or “Master Tung”).

On the blue course access page, you can watch videos, download lecture notes, take the quiz, and access the Clinical Manual of Oriental Medicine.

How do I access a Live Webinar with my Gold Pass Membership?

Log in to your Gold Pass account to enjoy unlimited access to our premium content.

  1. Go to My AccountMy Gold Pass Menu.
  2. Under WATCH LIVE WEBINARS, click LAUNCH for the course.
    • Check Recent CEU Webinars for sessions you qualify for Live CEUs.
    • Browse Upcoming Live Webinars to see upcoming events included with your Gold Pass.
  3. On the blue course access page:
    • Click Click to Watch Webinar (top-right) to join the Zoom room.
    • Download lecture notes before the webinar.
  4. After attendance is verified, the quiz will appear on the same page within 24 hours.
  5. The video recording will be available within 1–3 business days.

My Orders

Where can I find my orders or print an invoice?
  1. Click My Account, then select My Orders.
  2. Select the order number to view your purchased courses.
  3. To print the invoice, click Click to open a window with a printable invoice, then in the new window scroll down and click Print Invoice.
Course Missing: I can't find a course I purchased. How do I check if it has expired?

Check My Account › My Active Courses for all your active courses.

Don’t see your course listed?

  • If you just bought it: Email us at info@elotus.org for quick help.
  • If you bought it a while ago: The course may have expired.

How to check if your course has expired:

  1. Go to My Account › My Orders to find the order date.
  2. Check the course type:
    • Distance Learning: Access ends 6 months from purchase.
    • Live Webinar: Access ends 1 month after the live session.

Need to extend an expired course? View instructions on how to extend your access.

Course Missing: My course expired. How do I get an extension?

Courses purchased within the last year are eligible for a 2-week extension of access.

  • Purchase here: Course Extension $25.
  • For multiple courses, submit a separate payment for each.
  • Once you’ve purchased, email info@elotus.org with the course title(s) you want reactivated.

Note: Courses purchased over 1 year ago will automatically receive a refund for the extension fee, as they are not eligible for extension.

I accidentally purchased a course. How do I get a refund?

If you bought a course by mistake or have taken it before, email info@elotus.org right away to request a refund.

I can’t attend a live webinar—can I get a refund?

We’re sorry you can’t make it! You can cancel your Live Webinar registration up to 5 business days before the event for a full refund. If you cancel within 5 business days, you’ll receive store credit instead.

To cancel, email your request to info@elotus.org.

I tried to purchase a course, but it didn’t go through.

If your payment didn’t go through, here are a few things to try:

  • Make sure the billing address matches the one on your card.
  • Try your home or clinic address.
  • If you’ve recently moved, your previous address might work.
  • Double-check your card number, CVV, and expiration date.

If you attended the entire webinar, your quiz will be available within 24 hours, and you’ll receive an email notification when it’s ready.

For webinars held on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the quiz will be posted by late Monday afternoon.

Live Webinar: Where can I download the lecture notes for an upcoming webinar?

Lecture notes are available 1–3 days before the webinar on the blue course access page.

  1. Go to My AccountMy Active Courses.
  2. Select the Live Webinar course.
  3. On the blue course access page, download the notes before the webinar.
Live Webinar: Will I get access to the recording after attending?

Yes! The video recording will be available to watch on the blue course access page within 1–3 business days after the live event.

Live Webinar: I missed the live session—can I still watch it?

Yes! The video recording will be available to watch on the blue course access page within 1–3 business days after the live event. However, without attending live, you’re not eligible for Live CEUs.

If you’d like to earn Distance Learning CEUs for the course, please email info@elotus.org to request the quiz.

The audio or video quality of the course I purchased is poor.

If you purchase a course released before 2017, please note that the recording quality may be limited due to previous technical constraints.

My course disappeared from my account. What does this mean?

If a course is missing from your account, it may have expired.

My course expired. Can I get a course extension for the quiz and course?

You can still get an extension for a course that expired, as long as you purchased it within the last year.

I forgot to take the quiz and it's no longer in my account. Can I get an extension to access it?

As long as you purchased the course within the last year, you can still get a two-week extension to access the quiz.

CEU Certificates

Where can I download my certificate and receive CEUs?

You can download your Certificate of Completion from your account.

  1. Click My Account, then select My CEUs.
  2. Click View/Print Certificate to download the PDF.
  3. If you see Take Course Evaluation instead, complete the evaluation first — your certificate will be available immediately afterward.
What is the course evaluation (course survey), and where can I find it?

The course evaluation is a short survey asking for your feedback on the class content and the instructor.

You can find the course evaluation in the My CEUs section. If it hasn’t been completed, the certificate column will display a Take Course Evaluation link.

I do not see the CEUs under My CEUs.

If your CEUs are not showing, you may need to retake the quiz. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Click Take Quizzes and select the quiz you want to retake.
  3. After completing the quiz, go to My CEUs and take the Course Evaluation.
  4. Once the evaluation is complete, you can View/Print Certificate.
How can I download my NCCAOM-branded certificates?

NCCAOM-branded certificates are emailed directly to you from NCCAOM. Certain states automatically receive these certificates. If you did not get yours, please contact us at info@elotus.org.

I am licensed with FL. Do you report to the CE Broker?

Yes, we report to the FL CE Broker daily (at midnight). To ensure timely reporting, please verify your FL acupuncture license in your eLotus profile:

  1. Click My Account, then select My Profile.
  2. Confirm that one of the License Boards is set to FL and includes your Florida license number.
  3. Your license number must start with AP (e.g., AP1122 is valid; FL1122 is not accepted).
My CPR Basics class certificate is missing from the NCCAOM PDA portal. What should I do?

If you don't see your CPR Basics class in the NCCAOM PDA portal, you need to upload your certificate manually:

  1. Download your certificate from eLotus: View instructions
  2. Manually upload your certificate to the NCCAOM portal: View NCCAOM upload instructions

Board Requirements

How do I find courses for my state boards or other official associations?

eLotus courses are accepted or approved by the following organizations: NCCAOM, CA Board, FL Board, IL Board, TX Board, AFPA, AHPRA, BAcC, CCHPBC, IVAS, NZASA, and NZRA.

To find courses for a specific state board or association:

  • Option 1: Select one from the options in the top navigation menu under CEU Courses
  • Option 2: Use a filter on the left of any course listing page
Is my course approved for NCCAOM PDAs?

About 99% of our courses are approved for NCCAOM PDAs. If a course is not approved, it will be clearly indicated on the course detail page.

To ensure your course is approved, use the top navigation menu: Move your mouse over CEU Courses, and under the ACU BY BOARD (USA) options, select NCCAOM to browse approved courses.

How do I know if a course is approved for a specific category by my board?

You can double-check the approved boards and categories on a course's detail page, under CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS, and also below the course image icon on the right.

What is the process of a certification program?

Complete Requirements: To begin a certification program, start by completing all required courses at your own pace. You must be a licensed acupuncturist or herbalist to participate. There is no registration fee; you only need to cover the costs of the courses and the exit exam. Note that the Pulsynergy 1, 2, 3 program requires a separately paid internship with Dr. Jimmy Chang.

How do you record my attendance for live webinars?

Attendance is tracked automatically when you join the webinar via Zoom. To earn CEUs, you must attend the entire course—no exceptions!

My Zoom app isn’t working—how can I still attend the live webinar?

If your Zoom app is malfunctioning, email us right away at info@elotus.org.

You can also join the webinar from your web browser:

  1. On the blue course access page, click Click to Watch Webinar (top right).
  2. Click Launch Meeting.
  3. If prompted to open the Zoom app, select Cancel.
  4. Select Join from your browser.

Video Issues: “Permission is required” or “Video not available”

If your video isn’t loading, try:

  • Using Google Chrome or Firefox
  • Refreshing the page
  • Clearing your browser cache
  • Trying Private/Incognito mode
Audio Issues: No sound on video

Check that:

  • The video player audio isn’t muted
  • Your computer’s volume is turned up
  • Audio isn’t routed to a Bluetooth device
Tech Issues: I can't find the lecture notes that I downloaded.

If you can’t find your downloaded lecture notes:

  • Windows/Mac: Look in the Downloads folder
  • Android: Check Files or My Files app
  • iPhone: Check the Files app
Tech Issues: The quiz is not loading.
