Huangdi Neijing is an ancient Chinese medical text compiled of all knowledge related to Chinese medicine. It is the first comprehensive Chinese medical text and provides an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology. The text also provides the first complete description of blood circulation by the cardiovascular system and also the lymphatic system. It provides the foundation of needling therapy, including a description of the 9 needles.
In this class, David Karaba provides the history of Huangdi Neijing, and its Western exposure, and influences, and shares treasured information found in the Huangdi Neijing.
