COURSE DESCRIPTION:
BodyMapping Acupuncture is an anatomically-based distal point acupuncture method following the spirit of Master Tung’s acupuncture and Dr. Richard Tan’s Balance Method. Cole Magbanua, creator and author of BodyMapping Acupuncture Technique, has over 25 years of experience treating over 80,000 patients. Through his extensive clinical research and time-tested protocols, he has concluded that channels are not lines but rather zones on the body. Thanks to this very important discovery, diagnosis and treatment have never been so easy to learn, and with its extreme accuracy, it produces tremendous effectiveness.

In this course, Cole shares the basics of distal point acupuncture with an emphasis on channel location, point selection, and needle protocol. Participants will learn how to easily find effective distal points for instant pain relief. In Part I, the focus will be on Bodymapping basics, the Acupuncutre Band Theory, mirroring and imaging concepts, and acupuncture points and herbs for headaches, vertigo, sinus problems, throat pain, TMJ, and mouth pain. In addition, he will cover pulse signs from the pulse diagnoses system similar to George Soulié de Morant’s book: 4 depths, right and left, up and down on each depth. The pulse signs can reveal neck and shoulder pain, heart dysfunction, menstrual conditions, kidney stones, inflammation, and many more.

It is highly recommended to have a colored copy of the BodyMapping Acupuncture chart while taking this course to be able to easily follow along in the class. A laminated copy can be found here.

This course continues with Part II, which is highly recommended for an optimal learning experience. Click here to see Part II course description and sign-up.
