Frequently Asked Questions - Course Tech Support

If your video isn’t loading, try:

  • Using Google Chrome or Firefox
  • Refreshing the page
  • Clearing your browser cache
  • Trying Private/Incognito mode

Check that:

  • The video player audio isn’t muted
  • Your computer’s volume is turned up
  • Audio isn’t routed to a Bluetooth device

If you can’t find your downloaded lecture notes:

  • Windows/Mac: Look in the Downloads folder
  • Android: Check Files or My Files app
  • iPhone: Check the Files app

If the quiz won’t load, clear your browser's cache and reload the page.
