Webinar Weekdays Instructions

Accessing the Webinar
On the day and time of the webinar, click on the green "Click to Watch Webinar" button at the top of the blue course access page next to the webinar name to log in to the webinar.

Meeting room opens 30 minutes prior to the start of the webinar.

100 seats available only. First come first serve.

If you have never attended any of our Lotus webinars, you can view the webinar demo video to familiarize yourself with our meeting room platform. Click here to play the webinar demo.

Lecture Notes
Lecture notes, if available, for the webinars will be posted no later than the day before the webinar. When lecture notes are available, you will see the course notes link on the blue course access page. Just click on the link and make sure to save a copy of the lecture notes on your computer. You will not have access to this link after the webinar.

Lecture notes are in pdf format. If you do not have a program that opens pdf files, click here for a free download of Adobe Reader.
