COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The goal of this course is to combine the concepts of the Eight Extraordinary Vessel and Five Spirits and apply them to clinical practice. This course is intended for participants with varying levels of experience, ranging from students to seasoned practitioners. There is no expectation that attendees will be familiar with either the Eight Extraordinary Vessels or Five Spirits, although a foundational understanding would be beneficial.

1. Overview, analysis, and acupuncture point combinations for the Eight Extraordinary Vessels
2. Overview, analysis, and acupuncture point combinations for the Five Spirits
3. Combining the two ideas – relationships/connections, analyses, and acupuncture point combinations

The first two sections will provide attendees with a plethora of clinically relevant treatment protocols for a variety of diseases and disorders. But it's the third section of this course that really shines, as David Hartman has yet to find it in any Chinese medicine text anywhere.
