COURSE DESCRIPTION:
In relation to prevalent TCM patterns in fertility, this course will cover a few often asked questions about Western Biomedical Fertility, TCM Fertility, Acupuncture, and Chinese Herbs. These are questions that many patients and other TCM practitioners in clinic have asked regarding menstrual cycles, sperm analysis, maternal age, egg quality, intercourse timing, basal body temperature, hormone lab values, and medicated or unmedicated cycles for IUI and IVF.

Upon completion of this course, practitioners will:

• Recognize and understand Western biomedical fertility terminology and lab values
• Learn TCM pattern diagnosis in fertility
• Learn acupuncture and Chinese herbs to assist with optimal fertility for both men and women
