Sangwon Lee, PhD, MPS, LAc

Dr. Sangwon Lee, Ph.D., L.Ac. is an Acupuncturist and Herbal Medicine practitioner with over 16 years of clinical experience in multiple settings ranging from hospital to outpatient practice.

As a medical professional, he has been helping patients learn to better navigate the flow of their lives and find balance.

Dr. Lee earned his medical degree in Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, NY and obtained his Ph.D. in Oriental Medicine from American Liberty University, CA.

Dr. Lee maintains expertise in both pulse diagnosis and Sa-Am Acupuncture with the Five Element Theory of Oriental Medicine. He also specialized in Jae-Ma Lee’s Sa-Sang method in prescribing Herbal Medicine.

As a part of community service, Dr. Lee has provided free lectures and counseling to senior citizens at many senior centers in NY.

Dr. Lee was former vice president of KAOMANY (Korean Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Association of New York) and current member of Pulse Regulating Acupuncture Association to continue to study Oriental Medicine.

His mission is to provide the best quality service to his patients with an art of medicine.
