Frequently Asked Questions - CEU Certificates

You can download your Certificate of Completion from your account.

  1. Click My Account, then select My CEUs.
  2. Click View/Print Certificate to download the PDF.
  3. If you see Take Course Evaluation instead, complete the evaluation first — your certificate will be available immediately afterward.

The course evaluation is a short survey asking for your feedback on the class content and the instructor.

You can find the course evaluation in the My CEUs section. If it hasn’t been completed, the certificate column will display a Take Course Evaluation link.

If your CEUs are not showing, you may need to retake the quiz. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Click Take Quizzes and select the quiz you want to retake.
  3. After completing the quiz, go to My CEUs and take the Course Evaluation.
  4. Once the evaluation is complete, you can View/Print Certificate.

NCCAOM-branded certificates are emailed directly to you from NCCAOM. If you did not get yours, please contact us at info@elotus.org.

eLotus automatically reports to the following states when you complete a class that qualifies for NCCAOM certificates: AK, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WY.

Yes, we report to the FL CE Broker daily (at midnight). To ensure timely reporting, please verify your FL acupuncture license in your eLotus profile:

  1. Click My Account, then select My Profile.
  2. Confirm that one of the License Boards is set to FL and includes your Florida license number.
  3. Your license number must start with AP (e.g., AP1122 is valid; FL1122 is not accepted).

If you don't see your CPR Basics class in the NCCAOM PDA portal, you need to upload your certificate manually:

  1. Download your certificate from eLotus: View instructions
  2. Manually upload your certificate to the NCCAOM portal: View NCCAOM upload instructions
