COURSE DESCRIPTION:
People worldwide are prone to allergies and the common cold. Learn how to easily and effectively treat these conditions with Dr. Chien-Fu Liao, a seasonal practitioner who sees over 100 patients a day for over 15 years. This class will cover etiology and differential zang fu patterns, as well as a detailed analysis of the most effective herbal formulas and acupuncture point prescriptions for the treatment of allergies and the common cold.

In this course, Dr. Liao will elaborate on how unresolved colds can affect the zangfu organs and cause other complications to manifest. In addition, he will discuss how participants can how to differentiate between colds and allergies in the early stages, and why a fever is a good symptom to have during a cold. Participants in this class will learn the tools to successfully utilize TCM for the management and treatment of these common disorders.

Upon completion of this course, practitioners will:

  • Learn how to differentiate various patterns for allergies and the common cold
  • Learn why untreated colds can lead to allergy and other more serious internal medicine disorders
