COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is a continuation of Fundamentals of Acupuncture Points: Integrating Tung's Acupuncture and TCM Principles, Part I, and aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of acupuncture points using Tung's acupuncture concepts and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. Throughout the course, participants will explore Tung's concepts to gain a fundamental understanding of points. They will learn channel connection, mirror/image concepts, and basic needle methods taken from Tung. Additionally, the course will cover the analysis of common TCM points to understand their multiple functions and indications. Participants will also learn about the 5 Phase understanding of points and how it relates to the Tung theory. The course will conclude by analyzing common or important point pairs (dui xue 對穴) to understand their harmony and importance of the combination. Overall, this course will provide a clear and in-depth understanding of acupuncture points, using both Tung's acupuncture concepts and TCM principles.

In Part II of this two-part course, participants will learn about the 5 Phase understanding of points and its application in Tung's theory, as well as the analysis of common or important point pairs (dui xue 對穴) and their harmony and importance of the combination. The course will also focus on the integration of Tung's acupuncture concepts and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles, enabling participants to apply their knowledge in a more comprehensive way. Finally, the course will include a review of key concepts and takeaways to ensure that participants leave with a solid understanding of the material covered.
