COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Part V of this series focuses on men's health. Although not required, Part I, Part II, Part III, and Part IV are HIGHLY recommended for an optimal learning experience.

Male Fertility: Although infertility is quite often considered a women’s issue, it truly takes two to tango when it comes to the challenge of conceiving. Therefore, in Part V of this series, we will be taking a closer look at male infertility and the role of men’s reproductive health in the ability for couples to conceive.

In this course, Heather Bruce, an inquisitive acupuncturist, naturopath, and a Mayan/Arvigo and Mercier therapist, now her own Gentling Way founder, and teacher specializing in women's health for over 40 years, takes you on a journey to explore a man’s life from pre-conception through all stages of life. Through exploring the unfolding of a man's Jing process in the 8-year cycles, we can track how living in the modern world plays a role on his life experience. In addition, Heather will be talking at length on circumcision trauma and its impact on a man's life. Heather will also address common male conditions such as male factor infertility, prostate cancer, chronic prostatitis, chronic pelvic pain syndrome, and chronic pelvic inflammation.

This series continues with Part VI on high-risk pregnancy, which is highly recommended for an optimal learning experience. Click here to see Part VI’s course description and register.

Upon completion of this course, practitioners will:

  • Recognize reproductive milestones in a man’s life
  • Understand the man’s Jing process in the 8-year cycles
  • Recognize and address common male conditions relating to infertility
