Nutrition is an important component in everyday living and even plays a big part in health and disease. To achieve optimal health in the foods that we eat, there must be harmony and balance. In this class, Cathy McNease will share the principles of Traditional Chinese Nutrition for choosing foods that harmonize with the seasons of the year.
