I just created an account but am not able to log in. What should I do?

If you attempted to request for a new password and it says the email doesn't exist or tried creating another new account but it says the email address is already taken, this means that you already have an account but it has not been activated yet.

After creating a new account, a message appeared asking the user to verify their email address with a link that was sent to their inbox. The email subject is "Activate Your New eLotus Account". If you did not find this email in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

If you are still unable to find the email, do a quick search for "Activate Your New eLotus Account" in your email.
